If you are a member of the NZIDT, IFD, ADA, ADOHTA or DHHA you are invited to register at the ADPA member rate.

A Covid Safe Conference
ADPA will be delivering the Conference adhering to prevailing Victorian Department of Health’s guidelines including:
- Venue capacity limits
- Social distancing requirements
- Cleaning and hygiene
- Contact tracing requirements
The health and safety of all attendees is our number one priority. We will provide updates on any changes of circumstance in the lead-up to the Conference.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
The ADPA understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the Conference, you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge.
- Cancellations must be notified to Conference Works in writing by 30 May 2022 to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations received between 31 May and 30 June 2022 will incur a $150.00 cancellation fee per registration, alternatively delegates may transfer their registration to another person.
- No refunds will be issued on or after 1 July 2022.
- Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
- All cancellations must be advised in writing. Please email your cancellation advice to:

Conference Cancellation Policy – Covid-19
Due to the general uncertainties surrounding COVID-19, should the Conference be postponed to a later date then all registrations will be transferable to that date. If the Conference is held in a virtual or Hybrid format then all registrations will be transferable to the Virtual/Hybrid conference.
ADPA Limited, Conference Works and appointed suppliers and representatives are not liable for any travel and/or accommodation costs associated with a cancellation of the conference. Delegate registration fees do not provide such insurance coverage. Please ensure you have insurance policies in place that suit your requirements.
All registrations must be fully paid by credit card at the time of registration.
Conference Dress Code
Please note smart casual attire is appropriate for conference sessions.
Access to Conference
Entry to the business sessions and social functions will be by name badge or tickets only. Delegates will receive a name badge upon arrival at the conference and this badge must be worn at all times to gain access.
